What is the typical delivery timeline for home decor products?
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, your colorful Chumbak products will reach you within 5-7 business days.
How do you ensure fragile items like ceramics and glassware don't break?
We take extra care with our packaging. All fragile home items are double-wrapped in protective bubble wrap and secured in sturdy corrugated boxes to ensure they arrive safely.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied with the product?
We offer a 10-day return policy for most home products. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Do you offer international shipping for Chumbak products?
Currently, we ship across India. We are working on expanding our reach to bring our vibrant designs to the rest of the world very soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
